Need to vent BAD!
I posted this in my SHO forums and they are all douch's. I never really realized how dumb they are until now. They got mad cuz I posted this in the SHO related instead of the V8 Troubleshooting section. Which isn't where a lot of people go so I don't want my questions answered in like 20 days. I want it ASAP. And they're bitching cuz I put it in the wrong section. So I come back saying its in the SHO Related section because its SHO Related. Anyways I needed to vent on how pissed they made me but here it goes!

So I go outside to my car today to go to work and I turn it on and the Service Engine Soon light came on. I'm thinking to myself, "this is strange, its never done that before." So I'm driving to work and it feels like its SLOW. Like the secondaries aren't working. I'm thinking to myself I just put in some very SH!TY gas so I take it to Pep Boys and they put it on the scanner and the code comes up the the secondary valve is stuck open. So after a couple minutes trying to locate it we finally find that it is under the SHO plast cover on the engine and that it is electronic, where we thought it was vaccume. Has anyone ever had or heard of this problem before? And if so how the hell do I fix it without spending $958749370? PLEASE HELP!!!

steve non quite sure on the v8's but on the v6's the butterflies get jammed open due to carbon build up or bad vaccum leak. Is there any vaccum hoses going to the secondary control unit? I can stop by and take a look and see what it maybe doing.

Thats because most SHO owners think they have the Ferrari of sedans, while its not much more than a nice Taurus.
Not saying that you are like that, and I actually like your ride Steve its pretty clean.
