Default Small speakers box for FOX coupe with no back seat?

Anyone have any suggestions for a small, off the shelf, full range box that I can throw in the back of my coupe, where the back seat used to be?

It has to be small, because there are bars and such back there. I am putting the cd player/radio back in the car for crusing though, and I want to just wire it to a box that I can just take out of the car when it's at the track.

Needs to be cheap, I'm poor, and barely going to be able to hear it over the car anyhow.

Go to Meijer and see what they have in the auto section. I think they have some cheap full range boxes IIRC.

Don't waste your time unless you get some tailpipes

I had a full system with subs and everything and it went from really nice to shit after I put dumps on the car I say some cheapo door speakers and shelf speakers in the back, a good deck unit and call it a day.

Oh, that's right, it actually might sound ok with a turbo then.

The tailpipe will help the "cool" factor no doubt!

Go to home depot and get some wood sheets to make your own box, can't imagine it being that hard.

After that go to radio shack and get the wires / adapters that you need.

Also, can't you buy those pre-fab boxes really cheap off e-bay or from the flea market?

Those "full range" speaker box are absolute shit!! You're better off humming a catching tune to yourself.

By full range box, are we talking about boxes that hold some 6X9's, etc? If so, why not just mount a couple of 6x9's in the rear window deck area? Then don't have to screw with removing them, not really any extra weight and will still sound like shit!
