Creatine
I haven't been serious about working out since my early 20's. Since then it's just been once in a while when I feel like it. I'm late 30's now, and I just started trying to get serious again last month. I never really tried Creatine back in the day, but I just tried it this morning for the first time. Man, this stuff works. It's definitely not a placebo. It's different than the "jumpyness" of energy drinks, it's just real energy. I should have tried this stuff before, had a great workout.
