So for the last couple of weeks I kinda hit a roadblock in my lifting. I just couldn't get that good sore feeling after I lifted. It felt like I wasn't doing any work, and I havent been losing any weight.
Well that all changed on Monday. Monday I did chest, and I'm still sore this morning. I did back yesterday and holy crap its on fire this morning. I just figured out that I'm going to have to use the machines a little more, since I lift by myself. That way I can really up the weight, and the intensity. I find the more I lift, the harder I have to push myself to see gains. Is that the case for you guys as well?
O and I renewed the gym memebership yesterday.
