Milan heads up rescheduled

FRIDAY NIGHT HEADS UP RACE RESCHEDULED

The ridiculous cold temperatures, snow and rain we have recently encountered are getting out of control. Looking at the 10-Day forecast for Milan, MI, we have decided to reschedule the Skinny Kid Race Car’s Friday Night Heads Up Series presented by Wires and Pliers and Golf Carts Plus to next Friday April 20, 2007. We have also rescheduled Rocky’s Pit Stop Thursday open track rental to next Thursday April 19, 2007.

We have already begun the process for making the track into one of the best hooking surfaces in the country. It would be nice to see the temperature go up like the forecast predicts and hopefully get some racing in before next Friday’s Heads Up Race. Thanks to VP Racing, we have plenty of traction compound for the season so we are ready to “send you to the moon” with lots of traction.

The Torco Friday Night King of Street Race next Friday April 20, 2007 has been cancelled so we can accommodate the Heads Up Race. We just wanted to let all of you racers, crews, fans and sponsors know as soon as possible so you can adjust your schedules. If the weather prevents us from running the race next Friday, it will be cancelled and that will take us to the May 4th Heads Up Race.
