Beautiful car! What are the details? Small block in it? I'm going to have a 69 Camaro one of these days.

yes its good to see local cars . on here.
406 10.8 pump gas engine
stock block eagle rotating assy
stock brodix track 1 heads .
276 282 640/640 solid roller.
950 hp
1.7/8 headers.
400 th 4500 stall.
mini tub 9" axle 4.10 spool.
28 by 10.5 slicks ,qa1 rear koni front shocks.
last weekend was its first track runs. it needs a few tweaks but it ran a best of 11.23 in the heat and has not been tuned at all . with some tuning and cooler weather 10s are possable and if i want to loosen up the convertor it will pick up a bunch.it has to much cam for this stall.thanks for the reply.

forgot to mention good looking mustang. i dont recall seing it around . turbocharged?
i have a d-2 procharger for the camaro but its to much fun the way it is.

Cool car! We lined up last weekend at Lapeer. It was a pretty good race!

yes. that was a good race.. your car runs good on the big end. there seems that most cars are eather faster race cars or slower street cars. so its good to get a close race. thanks.

You got megood of the line. Was going to come over and check out the car but found out I had a vacuum leak.  Oh well at least it got into the tens that day. Car looks great!

tens on that day was good . it was hot . i think the cool temps this fall will be worth a good tenth. good looking mustang it looks like it run good whats the specs.

Thanks, yes mine is a turbo car. It hasn't made a pass at Lapeer since about 2003, we normally run it at Milan.
The D-2 is a big blower! I've had one of those before. Once you use it you'll be addicted to boost
I have another Mustang (black 82 GT) that I'll be testing at Lapeer. Post up when you go next.

ill let you know next time i go. im thinking ill get the blower on over the winter right now im just collecting parts for it.once i go boost i wont go back. iv had 5 grand nationals over the years and boost is addicting. thanks.

I love those Grand Nationals! I'm going to build one of those soon, I've already collected a bunch of parts for that project. This one will be LS1 based though, with a small single turbo.
You should come to Ubly with us next week, June 5th.
