I'm fucking weak

I haven't been able to lift any weights in over 4 months.. Now my left arm is still somewhat strong, but my right arm can barely curl a 15# dumb bell..all i could do was a set of 10

I know the feeling, this f'in back needs to get fixed I'm not allowed to lift 10#s. I understand your frustration !!!!!!

I think when your use to 12 oz curls steel weights can be a problem.

I know I have the same problem. LOL

And ya the guy that sold me my weight bench lied said I would look like the picture.
