I see an anti-theft device like that at least once a week, with some of the cars we impound.

LOL,
I was driving down 10 mile the other day and I sen a mid 90's Escort Wagon 4 door. The driverside rear door glass was broken out and the owner used duct tape to seal it up. Now thats fine and all but he decided to write out a message with a marker on th educt tape that said " If you value your life you stay out of this car, all contents are removed nightly."

Exactly!!!! But sadly, when you want someone to steal your car...it won't happen. I left my 03 GT w/ the windows down and the keys on the seat for 2+ hours at a 7-11 in the ghetto...then a few days later left it running....you think someone would have taken that thing!!! Maybe they thought it was a setup.
