I did Al's and LittleMags "skull crushers" that they recommended to me. I did them one Sunday, and I felt them stabbing me until Wednesday. I always feel those because they kil me. I start to get used to bicep, and chest stuff really fast. I increased the weight and I felt sore again. I could do the same reps and sets, so I knew I had gained strength.
