I'm thinking about selling houses on the side. Theres a Century 21 by me that had a sign out a few weeks ago that offered free classes and i was just kind of kicking the idea around.
Anyone have any experience with this?? I'd like to know what costs are involved in getting the license, and if you think it would be a feasible part time job.
