Steve Jackson went testing at Holly Springs Motorsports this past weekend and became the first Outlaw Drag radial car to dip into the "teens" with a jaw-dropping 4.19 at 186 mph from his nearly 3,200 pound, supercharged big block Chevrolet Mustang.
