Originally an exhibition car, the Barracuda smoked tires the full length of the 1/4 mile while crowds cheered wildly. For the following 1966 season, Pandemonium's wheelbase was lengthened 18-inches and fitted with a fiberglass front end and doors dropping the weight down to 3,195 lbs.
