Need some help!
I weigh in at 150, I can cut down to 135 in one week.(my old wrestling weight). I don't want that though. I wanna gain more weight but I want to gain muscle. I eat 4 to 6 small meals a day and work out everyday and either jog for 2 to 3 miles a day or ride my bike 10 to 15 miles. I am only 21 and in college so I wanna gain some muscle before my trip to Vegas in August.

That's pretty short amount of time, only suggestion would be Anadrol 50

Well August is here, so I'm too late.
I am now 193lbs. 2 years ago I used to be 175lbs. I ate a lot of protein. Chicken breasts, protein shakes, milk, cereal in the morning, no bacon, sausage, fast food crap. I am a sucker for pizza and chips & salsa though. Just keep your mental game in tack, keep the motivation going and you will see some gains. |

I know this is a old post..... Cut out all the cardio. You do not want to burn fat/cut weght do you?

well i also weigh 150 , but i'm 38 it makes a diff on cutting the best products i have used that definitely make a diff are: N.O. shotgun, use it b4 your workout follow it up with 75 grams of protein+ 10 grams of creatine (2x a day works well, and try to work out 3-5x per week) i like 150 grams of protein in addition to a somewhat high protein diet, little guys like us can only gain by seriously feeding. feel free to load up on food... when you see the abs getting "less" cut.... lower the caloric intake by a few hundred or so |
