Protein Shakes
 

I find it a royal pain in the ass to scoop, and mix up a protein shake. Why don't they come out with a shake that is already mixed up in a can? Example: Slim Fast style!! Am I wrong? Do they already have this?

They already have this and there are a LOT of them are already on the market. They get expensive FAST!

I just bring 5 ziplock baggy to work with me. 2 scoops in each baggy. TIME for a shake pull out my shaker bottle run, droke pre-measured protein in my shaker fill with my water (I always have a water on my desk)...mix and slam it down. Then stop by the john later and rinse out and repeat later in day.
When you get home refill baggies

I have a 6lb bag or protein here at work, along with a bag at home, plus a blender at both places, and MANY bottles I use to drink out of.

I run to the break room, dump my water, turn the blender on, dump my protein while it's running, let it blend for a few seconds, dump the mix into a bottle, and fill the blender with hot water. I then clean bottle and blender later.

I can mix and drink a protein shake (and usually clean the blender also) with less than 3 minutes away from my desk.

No time to wait for ice to be blended at work. Gotta be sneaky sneaky when the boss goes out for his smoke breaks. :lol:

Fuck that little bitch, you are a fucking bodybuilder damnit. You mean to tell me you are going to let some dumb ass who smokes and smells like shit tell you what you can and cannot do. Knock that motherfucker over and make him watch you blend your shakes. make him your bitch.

Or, go buy him a carton of smokes and tell him not to worry about when you blend your meals.

On topic. I have 2 plastic cups with lids that I put 2 scoops in everyday. I then put those in my backpack for work, when I go to drink them, I just put 16oz of water, shake, then slam. 20 seconds they are gone and in my belly.

He is small and out of shape too. But, he is the boss. :mad: I hate when he comes into my office right after he sucks down a cancer stick. I am always telling him he smells. :lol:

There is nothing worse than a salesperson that smells like smoke. My Dad deals with Yellow PAges guys that come to our work, and all of them smoke....he says it really sucks to have to sit there with them when their breath, clothes and hands reak of stale nicotein.
