Going good on the water only thing(no sugary drinks), but I still don't feel too well. My stomach hurts all the time, and it is bothersome if I am working and my stomach is killing me. Seems like once a week I will shit a river, and the rest of the time it is normal. I know that is more detail than anyone cares to hear, but this is a fitness/health thread.

Just stepped on my wife's super duper tell-all scale. 25% body fat. At 5'7" and 180 i guess that puts me just over the border into obese....hooray!

Lifting and cardio. No magic pill. :(

There are fat burner pills that do work, problem is that most(90%) of the people that take them DO NOT READ THE DIRECTIONS. They have to be taken in addition to your workout and diet routine. Most people think they can take them, stop doing cardio and lifting and eat fast food and the pills will do the rest. I just started taking a fat burner in addition to my excersise and diet program. I am doing my best to take them as directred and I will let you know if I have any success with them.

I wouldnt go too low on the low calorie diet though, try to stay at atleast 2000 calories a day if you are working out. I am no pro, but I have been reading up on this stuff and the more clean food you shove into your body the more your body will work and the fat will come off with that. You cant convert fat into muscle, you can lose fat and gain muscle. Biggest aid to doing that is cardio. You can lift all day long and be as big as an ox, but you will still look like a fat ass if you dont get rid of the fat. Nothing comes easy but once you start seeing results it will get you pumped.

I suggest you take measurments right now, around your hips, waste, arms, chest. Write them down and come back in a month and do it again. If you are strict with your diet and workout you will see some results, they may be small, but you will notice a change and it will get you pumped to go at it even harder.

OK, im off my soapbox.. peace out!

Nasty ass zits, huh? If I do it it will be a 10 week cycle, which will be 2 bottles of each. 2 of test, 2 of Deca or EQ.

Just the thought of how big, lean, and strong, I will be REALLY makes me want to do it. I'm kind of a genetic freak (from what others have told me) and I'm pretty damn sure my body would react very well to the gear.

2smooth 12-28-2006 03:02 PM

no acne, whenever it was time for my weekly ummm puncture, it would leave a goose egg where ever it was.

Crazzy_Al 12-28-2006 03:36 PM

You didn't take it in the ass?
