Eggs
Is ALL the cholesterol in eggs in the yoke? I eat hardboiled eggs, but I don't eat yoke, just the whites. My carton said 1 egg had 6 grams of protein, so I eat 2 as a snack at 10am everyday. I usually eat tuna or chicken for lunch to get more protein.

YES.....if you eat just the white...usually you will get 3-4 grams of protein depending on the size of egg. I would eat 4-5 as a snack. 2 isnt enough protein....

OK, cool, thanks. I figured that it wasn't enough. I will have to buy more this weekend. I gotta peel them at home though, it's a pain in the ass to do at work!

all protein hold amino's...just depends on quality of protein...egg protein is good source

Just bought two cartons of Jumbo Eggs!! Those have 8 grams of protein each. I boiled some last night and ate 4 this morning...no yokes though. Those were pretty filling.

something to look for, egg whites/egg beaters, they sell them by the eggs. strait egg whits, i eat 9 every morning

those egg beaters are like 3 something a container and have like 10 eggs in them...
I will stick with GF's....I buy about 8 dozen a week there
