The last month has been hit and miss for me, training is there but with the holidays the diet got a little sideways. This is always the toughest time of year for everyone though.
The gym starts to get packed in a couple weeks too with all of the "resolutioners" in there. They normally clear out by April and its back to business as usuall.

Same here. I plan to kill it come 1/3/08. Got big plans for my physique for spring 2008.

Been lifting only a few times a week, but steady at least.
Fucked my wrist up bad, when I bend my left had back it hurts bad. I can still lift as long as I hold my hand a certain way there's no pain.
I hate getting old!

I hate first days in the gym after long time away... everything hurts sooooo much after for several days.
