first day back to the gym
went back today, mixxed emotions..
i didnt lose any strength i noticed so far, i worked out with what i did before and did the same reps and have not been in the gym since july... i didnt really work out long before only like 2.5months but i had decent gains in what i could lift in that time..
and i lost 10lbs since i stopped going to the gym, i went from 175 to 185 last time i was going and today i weighed 174. so i got smaller but seem to be able to lift the same..
i know im gonna be sore tomorrow though. not looking forward to that...hopefully ill stick with it a lil longer than a few months like last time..
