yeah i go about 4-5 times a week and do a different part everyday... i dont go for all that long, usually do about 10-15mins of cardio then start lifting from there..
monday-chest
tuesday-shoulders/back
wednesday-arms/traps/stomach
thursday-legs/cardio/stomach
if i skip a day in the week then i make it up on friday and sometimes ill go do something again if i feel i didnt work out hard enough that week..
