Well August is here, so I'm too late.
I am now 193lbs. 2 years ago I used to be 175lbs. I ate a lot of protein. Chicken breasts, protein shakes, milk, cereal in the morning, no bacon, sausage, fast food crap. I am a sucker for pizza and chips & salsa though. Just keep your mental game in tack, keep the motivation going and you will see some gains.
