Your agent was excited to see some of the little guys have success at the Summit Racing Equipment Ohio Drags IV at Summit Motorsports Park. One that particularly stuck out was Edward Wilson and his Wilson’s Racing team in Pro Nitrous. The group qualified 10th in a 37-car field and he told your agent he was overjoyed just to make the field.“To qualify at an ADRL event against the best racers in the world is a task in itself, but to run a career-best 3.98 and qualify 10th was mighty fulfilling,” Wilson said.“We have struggled to find the right combination for the car and it just feels good to know we are headed in the right direction.”Wilson and his team lost in the first round of the Ohio Drags, but he was hardly down about that.Gene Fulton helped with Wilson’s horsepower, while Tommy Mauney, who beat Wilson in the first round oddly enough, helped with the chassis and offered plenty of advice as well.Your agent could tell he was excited about the personal best - as well he should be - and Wilson thinks there is plenty more left in the car before the team reaches its potential.Wilson isn’t one of the superstars in the sport or the class, but his desire to race and his remarkable attitude is one of the reasons the ADRL has been so successful.“It is a miracle just to be able to compete at this level,” Wilson said. “Thanks to all the support from my friends, fans and fellow racers who have always been there for us.”Your agent wishes Wilson and his team nothing but success in the future.http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/ADRLAgent660/~4/x5c2658apGg
