Your agent just now got around to reading a marvelous story about ADRL Pro Junior Dragster driver Justin Penton-Shaulis (pictured) and he was glad he did read the touching story by Russ Goodall in the Houston Chronicle. The 16-year-old Houston native won the ADRL UTI Dragpalooza VI presented by Safety-Kleen in July at Houston Raceway Park, getting a great reaction time in the finals to hold off top qualifier Ashley Sewell. But Penton-Shaulis’ perserverance runs much deeper than winning a race as your agent found out. The courageous youngster was diagnosed with cancer in his left femur in 2006 and endured 35 weeks of chemotherapy. He was declared in remission in mid-2007 and your agent is pleased to report he seems to be on the road to a clean bill of health. The full story on Penton-Shaulis’ journey - and his ADRL win in July - is available at the link below. Your agent definitely recommends checking it out and wishes Justin nothing but the best of luck as he speeds towards a full recovery. http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/sports/car/7141878.html(Photo by ADRL/Richards)http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/ADRLAgent660/~4/bhKCkd27DZg
