Anybody got a Catholic Church by their house, are they tolling the bell for Pope John. Truely a significant passing, even to non Catholics. The process of choosing a new pope is unique for those of you too young to remember.

1977-78. Choose one, and he died after about 8 months, and then this one has been around for 27 years.

They get all the Cardinals( I think, or the archbishops, which ever is higher) and they seal them selves in a room at the Vatican and dedide on who's the next Pope, then they release some smoke from the Vatican chimney, and everyone knows a new pope has been selected.

Archbiship I believe is higher. So Euro Trip is sortta real on how they do the smoke and all when a new one is selected!
