Classes like NMRA Hot Street or the RAM N/A series have shown us what the all-out, no cent spared naturally aspirated small blocks are capable of - we're going a little more grass-roots on this one. During the Chrysler Classic in Colombus, OH one racer wasn't chasing a world record or an Outlaw 10.5 title, but what he did accomplish was running his personal best to date - a 9.53 @ 137 mph in his '68 Dodge Dart.
