We provide residential real estate appraisals to banks, mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, law firms, processing companies, and other professionals seeking professional valuation services in all 50 states.
Broad Street Valuations has an immediate opening for an inside sales representative on the New Business Development team. Successful candidates will generate sales revenue by acquiring and building relationships with potential clients utilizing standard business to business sales techniques and tools. This position requires experience in new business development, cold calling, lead generation, new client acquisition, relationship building, and targeted marketing.
The Inside Sales Representative position has a starting salary of $32k base pay, plus commission paid per shipped order. Expected income will be in the $50k-$60k range, with a potential of over $100k annually.
