And I need some gift ideas for his wife, I already got him some boots and a playboy :lol: (inside joke) and a coffey pot and oh yea I lead him to meeting his wife 3 years ago lol. And now I dont know what to get his wife? maybe a house gift??? she likes music, tanning, ummm money lol. Ladies maybe some input would be nice.

How about a Vacuum cleaner.....lol
I'd say a day at a Spa for her and a friend. She'll go get the treatment,and she'll feel so good when she gets home that your buddy should get the treatment too.

No I did not get laid and I got her a gift card to a store by our houses called "The wear" which sells Bebe (WTF that is???) I dont know but thats what she wanted.
And it was pretty fun, had some drama but it all came out good.

Akron, how long a drive is it to Akron. The wedding was Saturday between Easter and Good Friday?? Was it hard for them to get a Minister. How big a city is Akron, compared to metro detroit.
Wow, Paul and I were just in Akron Easter weekend too.
Akron is about a 3 hr. drive. I was actually surprised it was a pretty big city. It was pretty cool...the hotel we stayed in was the old Quaker Oats silo's and the rooms were round. :cool:

Because I did want it, but he wanted my rims and 270 I just couldnt do it knowing I needed a converter at this point and time. I have the money to buy it straight out but my main goal is getting the car running right now, I need a converter and to buy a new one I'll spend all my money I got saved, if I go used which is what I did I can save some money and buy other parts. I got that POS coverter which I told was "Gold" that wont work because its the wrong bolt pattern after I was told "It will work, thats what I used"
I am just upset that he would actually call me a liar because I did not buy the kit right away, I told him many times (check the board) that I am waiting on a converter, and that I would go from there. But after seeing how he just assumed something I would rather go someplace else. Sorry Mike, wanna sell it, then sell it. If you held it for me then thanks.

You got burned. Fess up. Ive got the pm's and emails. The price was 250 and the rims, you agreed to it, and we were supposed to hook up the saturday before easter. You said you were working on your car all day, so I offered to drive to your house. Thats when you came up with this story, then you pmd me that you had to go out of town from thurs. till tues, and would get ahold of me tuesday when you got home. You never did. You were home all day saturday puttin your trans in, then you found out the the converter was no good. You tell a lot of people you want to buy stuff from them and you never follow thru. I really didnt expect you to follow thru with the deal, youve stiffed me twice before. This is no assumption randy. You made up this story instead of just sayin you couldnt get the kit cause you were broke. Would have been real simple, and believable to just tell the truth. Got any pics of the wedding or reception? you can get as mad as you want, but you got owned.

I did agree to it (250, sorry I forgot) and I told you in the e-mail why I was gonna be gone and you told me "Cool hold them rims for when you get back and we will go from there" And I said, "If the offer you have does not work out we will do this for sure next weekend" I never said I was gonna contact you on tuesday. Your right I did not contact you last weekend but on milans site when you posted the kit on ther again I took the time to let you know that I was waiting on a Converter and that I will still do that trade + cash, which I have 2 times on this board. And I was at the wedding friday and saturday, saturday night we all came back to Mi, ask Johnquick, he and his buddie came over to look at the T5, and I just got back when I talked to him and I told them I was leaveing again at 7 pm to "head back to a family wedding", so they came over at around 4:30- 5ish. Looked at the trans and left, and 15 mins later I sold the trans to a guy off milan and went back over my buddie(Cory) moms house to get back toghter with them. And sunday I was back with him, and I posted a few times on here and there.
Its only been what?? 2 weeks, I have said I am waiting on a converter, I will not buy the kit until then.

I had a million things going through my mind, with the car and work and family, ask Suzi, I did not show up to flagman bills party because of an issue with my family which I would be glad to pm with the info..
