An official date has been set for Detroit Racing's 2nd Annual "Get Ugly In Ubly" track day.
It will be Saturday July 16th from 2-8PM at Ubly Dragway.
This is 1/4 mile drag racing. For track info and directions please visit the Ubly website here (http://www.ublydragway.com/ublyhome.htm).

I have a hard time stoping at Ubly, going 146 mph last year and who knows this year.

Ubly isn't known for it's shutdown area. Then again neither is Lapeer. I had to get on the binders when I last raced at Lapeer and I was only running 119 (on motor)!

I still have to do headers, exhaust, fuel system, and brakes but i should be all good to go by July :bna:

Nope, Ubly would be Ubly dragway. It's about 1 1/2 hours north of Detroit.

Dose anybody kown how much it is to run and if u need a driveshaft loop to run slicks ??

All tracks require a DS loop if you have slicks or a stick, and I believe the cost is $20

Don't even worry about it.. they're cool there. If they do say something, it'll probably be something like "we'll let you slide this time, but you'll need to get a loop before you come back" ;)
