Really??? Would that be written in any of my policy's for my house or cars. lol
How would that be worded in the policy, maybe:
The holder of the policy will not be held liable for the lack of common sense that is missing in said policy holder's gene pool.

Wish I would've known that when I was young and dumb...my insurance company could've gone broke on all of my stupidity claims :lol:
