I do mine about every 2 years. Normally torn mucsle. Hurts like hell for about a week or two. A good Chiropractor can give you some temporary relief. I'll normally go to him at least once. Mostly for the xray. Just to make sure that I didn't really fuck something up.

As many of you know I delt with back issues for years. You need to get it checked out and just do what they ask you. I gave up two years of having fun, playing with my kids and even sold off most of my toys just to make ends meet. I hope it is nothing serious, just make sure you didn't do serious damage.

Almost every single insurance claim/lawsuit against a chiropractor has been because of a procedure called a "lumbar snap". That is when they quickly snap your head to one side. It has caused strokes and deaths on many occasions.

If you decide to go to a chiro, go to a "specific", not a "general" chiropractor. They have completely different techniques. If you want a great specific chiro, call Innate Specific Chiropractic in Lake Orion. People fly in from all over the country to see him.

yeah that is a good idea. i worked today and it was really tight. it started to warm up and loosen a lil bit when i was working but soon as i stopped it felt bad agian.

working with alot of the older guys i have worked with always warned me about chiropractors. said never go to one unless you absolutly have too. they say if you quit going your all fucked up, seems like once you step foot in one you have to keep going back unless it gets painful. im not about that, i dont want to be dependant on anything.

When I screwed up my back..sliped a couple disks, they sent me to dynamic back and neck. They have their own doctors there on staff and people that work with you during your treatment. They came recommended to me and I would recommend them to anyone.
Best thing to do is get it checked out by a good doctor, I used Brad Algrin (i think his name is) he is suppose to be one of the best..came recommended to me by the guy who does the work on the pistons.
