does anyone know how to get out of a lease early without screwing my credit over, i found a website called swaplease but i dunno if thats to legit, if u have any ideas or info let me kno, cause this trucks a pos :D

To get rid of it early (unless you sell it) would be a "Transfer of title in lue of foreclosure" and it will definitely hurt your credit. You have to either suck it up or sell it.

Two options:
1. If the lease is close to ending, you can negotiate with the dealer to pay off your remaining payments. I just traded my wifes Jeep in 3 months early and they sent a check to cover those payments. Just make sure it's paid off before the vehicle is picked up from whoever you financed it through. Mine was U.S. Bank...now it's Chrysler Financial.
2. I've heard about the SwapLease recently. They work with the dealership to transfer the lease to the new individual. Just check with your leasing company to make sure that they are willing to do that.

You forgot about option #3....Take it out on 696 on a snowy night and play everyone's favorite game of "bounce off the walls".
