Canton Oil pan for a 302. Deep sump with kickouts on each side, 7 qt. Front and rear drain plugs. Bought used, but It looks like he only bolted it up filled with oil once and removed, there arnt any bolt marks on the pan, or anything else, plug is still in dipstick hole, and there is a fitting next to the dipstick, not sure what for my guess is for a drainback or something.
Bought it on a cash spending spree not realising it wont bolt to a windsor. $250
