...how much water weight I can drop today after work today?
I was planning on hitting the gym and doing 30 minutes of hard cardio and soaking my entire shirt and a good portion of my pants in sweat
Then hitting some heavy leg workouts
Then hitting some heavy lat/shrug workouts
Then hopping in the 185-190 degree dry sauna room for at least 20 minutes.
I look like hell and just can't shake all this water I am retaining. :mad:
