...feel the need to give advice, and/or help the dude you see doing shit completely wrong?

If so, do you just keep quiet in hopes of not having this tard ask you about shit every time you guys are at the gym at the same time?

I experience this all the time, but especially last night. This kid was doing tricep pulldowns using more of his chest and shoulders than tri's, and God only knows who showed him how to use the butterfly machine!

I keep quiet with that type of stuff, because people always give me this look...and say "I know what I'm doing!!!" Then I just say "OK" and walk away.

Honestly, I don't want to be bothered in the future, so I say nothing. In a way I feel bad for letting these people do shit WAY wrong.
