I hear it all the time....what do you eat? write up my diet for me...
WELL here it is..I pulled out my journal and wrote it out for you guys/gals.
MEAL 1-25g whey protein shake/with water
5 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal-1 ts cinnamon,1 packet sweet n low
diet pepsi or coffee (black)
MEAL 2- 1/2 cup oatmeal
25g whey protein
MEAL 3- 1 chicken breast
large salad with 1/2 cucumber
red wine vinagette with 2 tbs flax seed oil
MEAL 4- 40 gram protein shake with water/
raw broccoli, 4 oz loaded sweet potatoe (cin and sweetn low, cant believe its not butter
MEAL 5- (after training) turkey, chicken or fish 8 oz.
4 cups cooked broccoli or asparagus
large salad with 1/2 cucumber
red wine vinagrette 2 tbs flax seed oil
diet pepsi (large)
Meal 6- air popped popcorn
50 gram protein shake
10 gram creatine
MEAL 7 (bedtime) fat free cottage cheese 1 cup with peppers

Also, how many daily cals do you think that adds up to? Carbs? Fiber? Fat?
I can already see right off the bat that my portions are way out of wack. I eat a LOT more than you!!! :eek:

125g carbs
275g protein
50 grams fat
2400 calories
I follow this 5 days then raise calories to 3500( add extra serving of protein and more veggies) then back to this diet.
Timing- I start at 6am...every 2.5-3 hrs I eat...

there are tons of studies that say it is..and tons that say the contrary. I have always drank diet pop. I know if I get to much I do get acid reflux...
I get tired of water only and if it saves me from eating junk ...so let it be. I have read studies that it makes the body think you are eating sugar and releases insulin. I did a blood sugar test once with a glucometer and it didnt raise blood sugar at all over 30 minutes...

i would just drop the protein down...instead of 50 gram shakes take them too 25g shakes. AND maybe drop a meal out...
MY wife FOLLOWS my diet pretty close just minus about 75 grams protein and smaller portions of carbs
NOW I have to have shakes in my diet because of my job...if I didnt work with customers ALL day I would eat WHOLE proteins and not shakes but I gt to eat protein.

I hear that. My boss has been a flaming kunt lately in regards to my taking 3 min breaks to make and inhale a shake. Yet he and a couple other employees can take as many 5-10 min smoke breaks as they want. Fucking horseshit! :mad:

yeah....
I told my boss that one time too. IF one person is allowed to take a smoke break I can take an "AIR" break and. I got 3 "AIR" breaks a day. Funny when you mention discrimation laws!

I have my 1 year in and I stay #1 in production month in and month out. I am going to bring this up the next time he says something.
So it's ok to kill myself with cigarettes but not improve my health with the right diet? Bullshit!

Also. I have already started on this diet...kinda.
Breakfast was a 54g protein shaked with some dark frozen berries and just under 2 cups of 2% milk
Meal 2 was a 27g protein shake with 2 frozen strawberries. and just under 1 cup of 2% milk.
Meal 3 was roughly 7oz of salad greens and 2 cans of white albacore tuna with Paul Newman's low fat sesame ginger dressing. (dressing is only 35 cals per serving)

i do have milk once in awhile BUT not 2%..it would be skim or fat free if anything.

i doubt the 2% is killing you so I wouldnt go and throw it away, just next time pick up some skim. I love ice cold water blended up with my berries and protien.
