My wife decided to join the gym. She just had our second child 5 months ago and the weight isnt coming off like it did with the first boy. Anyways, for moral support I told her I wuld do one of these conditioning classes/kick boxing classes with her.... Holy balls I was wasted after 45 minutes, lol

ive been thinking about looking into kick boxing / mixed martial arts classes.....it would be a great way to get in shape i think...plus having that kind of knowledge on the streets could be quite handy from time to time

For what it's worth, "cardio Kickboxing" and "Full Contact/Real Kickboxing" are QUITE different. If you wanna get into martial arts I will set you up with my buddy who owns Naama Karate.

That's for sure. I work with a guy who I have been friends with since I was 10....he is a blue belt in Ju-Jitsu, and he always comes in hurting. Biggest complaint is hips and back, because they go all out in class (no heavy striking, but light striking) Also, his ears were always filled with blood and swelled like the guys on TV. You have to stick them and drain them. Sometimes I roll with him, and I get my ass kicked!!!!!
