well everyone is talking about losing weight. i have stayed the same since dec. but i keep adding weight to all my workouts. i way 207lbs, i'm repping 300lbs in bench, 325 in squat, 610 in leg press, 145 in staitbar curls, 365 in straitbar shrug, 205 in miltary press, and little more then norm in all other lifts.

Not bad numbers.
I'm currently 228lbs.
Rep 325lbs on flat bench
Rep 375lbs in squats
Rep 1075lbs on leg press
Rep 495lbs on straight bar shrugs
And for what it's worth my "reps" consist of at LEAST 10 true reps in any set

Thanks. My bench is the only one that fluctuates. Depends on how badly my right elbow hurts. It's come to the point where I went from single-handed curling 75lbs to not being able to single-hand curl 35lbs. I have been getting some treatment for this but it's a slow process. I can still curl the crooked bar just fine, almost no weight has dropped off that, but when I go to use one hand life sucks.
