Well, I changed my diet for the last few weeks (with the exception of St Ignace). I've gone up nearly 15 pounds... It's depressing. My dad and I are going to go get a membership at the "Y" right around the corner from his house.

By the way, that puts me at 230 pounds... That's disgusting.

Gross. How did you change it? I'm guessing for the better. I'm no fucking dietition, obv, but what are you eating. Maybe I can help you out. I have lost 31 lbs in 8 weeks.

Basically I went from eating one maybe 2 meals a day to eating 3 meals a day. Breakfast is typically oatmeal or fruit, luch is typically something medium sized. I'm not paying attention per say to what I eat, but I'm making sure that it's nothing grossly bad such as fast food ect... Dinner is typically a cooked meal, and no, not Hamburger Helper. Lots of salads and the sort. I stopped drinking pop and drink things like water, gatorade, and juice. Before, I drank pop like crazy, ate anything and as much of that anything as I wanted.

Wow thats crazy. Do work in the gym son! 30 mins of cardio at least 3 times a week, and lift lift lift. That way if you gain weight, at least its muscle, and lean muscle burns cals.

I go into overdrive mode starting tonight's gym session.
For the past 2 weeks I haven't seen the gym and I have eaten what I want. Surprisingly, the guy in the mirror hasn't changed much at all and I have put no weight. With the injuries I suffered on my right side (forearm, elbow, wrist, and shoulder) I have been in too much pain to train. I saw a specialist on Friday and got a few adjustments and feel back up to about 75%, so I am going to hit it hard.

Granted, this was after I had ate dinner... like immediately after, so I'm gonna guess that there's a few pounds of food sitting in me from throughout the day.

Isn't pop and Gatorade the same thing beside carbination?? High fructose corn syrup is the #1 ingredient.....I would switch to Vitamin Water.....less sugar too!!!

Start off by ditching the gatorade and juice and stick with just water. Also, split your meals up to 6 instead of 3. Just stick with it.
Do you sit down most of the day?

i would say eat 5 TIMES a day, eat carbs in the moring, no carbs with dinner, and stay away from bread,
this will speed up your metabolism
