Met goal number 2. Its been 8 weeks and 5 days. Total of 31 lbs now, and Ive almost double the amount of weight I use too lift, which means I am putting on lean muscle. Thanks for all the support, encouragement, and tips everyone!

So i've only lost 3lbs since I posted this, but im still seeing changes from fat to muscle. Just sucks cause its hard for other people to tell until I get all this fat off, which could be a while.
Gonna start mixing in more cardio now thanks to a tip from Dom though. :)

keep it up bro...believe me this is the time to do it. MAN...we all arent getting younger and with football season, holidays, and x-mas coming. (will be here sooner than you think)..so lets get it going.
Set goals and reach them. Even if small ones...then make more goals...with body buiilding, fat loss, etc. It does take time but if you stick to your plan and goal you will get there!

Thats what I've been doing. Setting them at 15 lbs losses, and now 10. First was 315, then 300. Next one is 290. I dont weight myself everyday either. Just once a week.
Today I was 295. Just 5 more to go till goal #3 is met.
