I just broke down past 210lbs. Took about a month to go from 215 to 210,I was at a wall for the past 4 months stuck between 215 and 220ish, but sticking to the diet and workout is working. I havent done cardio in about 5 weeks though. Ive been working 7 days 14-15 hours a day so I am just in the gym lifting and doing abs 3-4x's aweek. Im kinda glad I took a break from cadio though, I was getting really bored with it. I cant wait to get back on normal work schedule so I can start back on the treadmill. I do like the shorter workouts though, seems like I have made some small gains in the past month. Anyhow, just thought I would share.
10-15lbs more to go!!

enjoy while you can once you hit a wall you have to train alot harder to get over it. ive been stuck at benching 315 for about 4 months for some reason i cant do more..... probably not pushing myself hard enough...
