What do you guys think about this product? I am 175 lbs lookin to get to 185lbs. My arms and chest are very defined and I am very happy with my size and strength and I know I can hit hard. I love the boxing workouts, and doing chest and arm excersize. I am lookin to put on 10lbs just to look a little bit bigger. My stomach is OK, it is close to being abs, but the beer as added a tiny bit of flab, that people say I am crazy for pinching. Anyways, will this help me reach my goal, or hurt me because of the amount of fat and calories? When should I take this? I know a few of you can help me.
And how is it healthy fast for "fat burning" if it was 18 grams on fat??

I stear clear of those things. Eat a real meal or fire up your blender and have a double scoop protien shake. You gotta understand that 99.9% of the crap available on the market is just that...crap! Stuff sold only to make money and make you THINK you're eating what you need and that you're gonna be ripped in 3 days. Eat right, lift big, get rest, and you'll grow.
I have no problem getting big and strong, my problem is getting as lean as I'd like. I HAAAAAAAATE cardio! You skinny guys have it easy. All you gotta do is lift and eat. I gotta lift, eat, AND sweat my sack off.

Thanks for replying, I figured that you would say that it was another "money" product. I do eat good too. I am on my own, but I still eat moms home cooked meals...I have healthy cereal, and at lunch, I eat a turkey or chicken sandwich, with some fruit, and a small cracker snack. No Micky D's, no BK EVER!!!! I do have some of the Xyience Protein, which is fat free, cholestorol free and it is priced the same as all the "off brands" that have all the crap in them. I guess I could stick to that. Thanks Al.

I have heard bad things about them as well. Eat lots and lots of protien, and bust your ass in the gym. The old fashonied way, is still the best way.

Yeah, I would like to gain some muscle naturally, I would feel proud that way. I always get results quick anyways, I was good with training back in September and October 2006, because I had a trip to Vegas coming. I added 5lbs to some excersies,10 to others, and 20-30 to bench pressing. I felt great cause benching is my weakest, I can't press a lot...maybe like 185 at the most right now....What the hell, I am 24 and weigh 175lbs, and in high school at 17, weighing 145-150 lbs I did 215 4 times!! WTF?!?!?
