Oh my God!!! Last night was a BACK day.

**I changed up my routine completely**
Day #1 = Back
Day #2 = Shoulders
Day #3 = Arms
Day #4 = Legs
Day #5 = Chest
Day #6 and #7 = Touch-Up on the muscle group that hurts the least, or a day off.

Anyway, between the Dead Lifts, Bent-Over Barbell Rows, Wide Grip Cable Pulldowns, Lever Bent-over Rows, Cable Straight Arm Pulldowns, and Through-The-Legs Cable Straight Arm Pullups, I want to cry right now with my back being in so much pain. Tomorrow will be even worse. :(

No pain no gain...or so people keep telling me.

I did back the other day for the first time in a week or so, then went to waterford hills. Every tight turn, i was like "oh my" lol

What is the advantage of wide grip vs. closer grip on cable pull down. I have mild equipment at the house and I use it a few times a week, but I did the lat pull last night..(in front of the body) and I was debating which way. Al...can you chime in...I don't get too much into working out, but I want to start!

Different back muscles you are working. For example, most wide grip back workouts focus more on your lats, where as close grip workouts usually work the center of your back.

That makes sense. I will have to switch that up. I love that exercise because it hates me. I feel the burn today!
