Basically putting things out here as incentive to make sure I keep to things and also for input on the things I am doing.

Current weight (as of this AM fresh out of bed).
218
Goal Weight
*Initially down to 200
*Final up to 220 and bulked/toned

Current Pant size
36/34
Not sure what my goal should be. In college I was a 34/34 and looking like a starving Etheopian.


My goals are to keep my chest the depth that it is, just tone it. My stomach I want my 6 pack back.

Things I've changed so far.

Drinking non carbonated beverages when possible. No beer, and very little alcohol.

Eat 3 meals a day as apposed to the 1 or 2 that I was eating a day.

Start running a mile a day
Start doing pushups daily - starting at 50 daily and increasing by 10 every other week till doing 200 a day
Start doing Sit Ups daily - starting at 50 daily and increasing by 10 every other week till doing 200 a day

Near future goals: Change my eating habits. no more fast food except in very rare situations. Start cooking meals as apposed to eating a meal out of a box. Join a gym (waiting to find out if I'm moving in the next couple months before I join one)

36" waist? Many of my 36" waisted pants damn near fall off me. Are you sure you measured correctly?

Yea :( I probably am more of a 35 inch waist, but don't like tight fighting clothes, so I tend to go 36.
