Chocolate Peanut Butter shake...it just came to me. :D
Ingredient (Cals, Carbs, Protien, Sodium)
10 oz 2% milk (150, 15, 10, 150)
2 tablespoons to extra crunchy peanut butter (190, 7, 8, 130)
2 scoops of Protien powder (260, 6, 54, 160)
3 ice cubes
Mix ice, milk, and powder, in blender till ice is smooth, then add 2 tbls of PB to blender. Continue blending for another 15 seconds.
Enjoy the yummy goodness. :D

Get a magic bullit blender so nice, I make like 4-5 smoothies a day with it. yum yum..
My fav is the vanilla powder, natural peanutbutter, and ice and water. My god is it good!!!

i could never be big... i hate all the health foods, somebody told me to get a muscle milk and i tried one and its terrible...also i tried a protein bar and that thing went into the garbage too...about the only thing i like that is healthy is chicken..

John there are plent of foods you can eat and enjoy that dont come in a wrapper and arent loaded with all kinds of sugard to make them taste like something they are not. Just gotta try new things I guess. I dont even look all that shit they sell at the gym in the vending machines. Of course I still have a long way to go so I guess my opinions are just about worthless, lol

Sure you could. You just need to eat. I am currently dieting at right around 3000 calories a day. When I bulk I take in about 4500 calories a day (always clean)...and I am far from small. You'd need to eat a lot to grow, but you could do it if you really wanted to.
By the way, Muscle Milk = YUMMMMMMMMM!

I too have a single/double serving blender. (not the magic bullet like you mentioned, though) I love it. I mix in the same container I drink out of. I have a full size blender at home, and I also bought a full size blender for my office. Gotta have my protien shakes.

By the way, I had three of my Chocolate Peanut Butter shakes yesterday...
on top of...
4 hard-boiled eggs
2 tomatoes
6 medium chicken breats
2-100 calorie Yoplaint yogurts
and 1 can of Campbell's tomato soup, made with skim milk
:D
And I was hungry the entire day. :(
