Dose it have a hitch on it?? How many Miles?? What gears?? Whats it need?? dose the air work??

It has a draw tie but no receiver. 130000 miles not sure about the air. Did some work for a guy and he didnt have the money so he gave me the truck. So dont know too much about it. but it runs good, drives good, and holds good oil pressure. should have pics tomorrow
