Ok, I’m not looking to turn into Arnold at this point. Just want to shed 20-25 lbs.
I’m 6’8” and weigh anywhere from 275-280 depending on the time of day-LOL! I don’t have much time as I work two jobs, but am looking at the best way to shed some weight and maybe tone up a little. No Gyms.
I was thinking the following---tell me if I’m on the right track:
- Cut portions down
- Cut intake of pop back
- Biking, walking or maybe jogging…..
My problem is my shins kill me if I jog/run. I think jogging would be the best exercise (I don’t have a pool) for me, but not sure if my body will take it.
Will walking the dog (literally) do much for me or do I need to hit the treadmill? Recommendations please. I need to lose some weight so that I can bust 2hipsi’s a$$! :D

There's a motto at the gym I workout at also...
"Only plants grow naturally."
Well...plants and Alberto.

Sounds like you are on the right track, eating right and any type of cardio will help you out :D

Thanks Joe. Any suggestions for say the treadmill. Is it better to run all out and sweat your ass off for 45 minutes or just get the heart rate up? I don't know shit about cardio (never really cared--LOL). I've heard that overdoing it can sometimes take you the other way?

Run your ass off!
I can't recommend anything in particular. Do what you can handle, start with a faster walk and work you way up from there :D
