And I need to keep it off. Who wants to help me with my diet and workout routine?
I want to keep all the muscle I have put on, and only get leaner. My workouts logs and usual diet logs are also in this forum. (though I have not updated them in weeks...diet is basically the same and workout weights have gone up across the board!) So who here has the ability to help me hone some things and optimize performance?
I might entertain "tried and true" over-the-counter supplements, but I am still holding strong with not wanting to use any steroids yet.
Anyone?

You can try calorie counting, you are still able to eat a good amount of protien and just really watch what you eat. I tried it a while back and dropped about 15 pounds the first month and was still taking in 150-200 grams of protien while only eating 1700-2000 calories

I do count my calories. And for my lifestyle and frame, I have been told by a few body builders that at 2100 calories I'm not eating enough...even to cut. I need to be around 3000 clean calories for my size, strength, workout regimine. That seems a bit high to me.

Well if you are currently counting and are where you are I would say not to go lower but 3000 to cut seems high to me but what do I know

to get lean and stay there, adjust when/what your eating, stop carbs after 1:00pm, no carbs in the afternoon. eat clean, No fat

Doing that now. I started my cut phase yesterday. I think I ate just over 50 grams of carbs and just under 400g of protien.

i used to have a book that had a workout / diet plan called "ripped quick". It was mostly for bodybuilders to get to incontest shape. I will look for it and retype the info if i can find the dam thing.

Cutting sucks!!! lol I think the biggest problem you're going to have Al is the reduction in overall mass. It's definately is depressing.

Still just as strong. Workouts haven't changed, just diet.

Swim. No leisurely laps, make a workout. You will drop fat quick.

As soon as summer hits I'll be in my pool daily swimming away. Not only is it a great workout, but being in the water actually helps you drop a lot of water weight too. :D

Ive seen that spinning/cycling class,, Im actually kinda scared of it. Seriously though to burn the fat you need to do cardio, you know that. What better way IMO.
