Anyone here to try and make it through 1 of my workouts. You pick the muscle group, I pick the weight, sets and reps.
This might be good for all parties involved. Great motivation and also a good way to see where your strengths and weaknesses are.
So I say again, I call out ANYONE here to match me 1 day at the gym. Just 1 day. I'm small, weak, and fat, so shutting me down should be easy.
All bullshitting aside! Spring's right around the corner, ladies.

By the way, I do NOT recommend calling me out on legs. Here's a brief write-up of how yesterday's legs workout went...
Leg Press:
14 plates x 10 reps
18 plates x 10 reps
22 plates x 20 reps
22 plates x 20 reps
18 plates x 10 reps
14 plates x 20 reps
10 plates x 25 reps
Keep in mind each plate is 45lbs and the sled is between 80 and 90lbs.
Calf extensions:
310lbs x 20 reps
350lbs x 20 reps
390lbs x 20 reps
400lbs x 20 reps
410lbs x 20 reps
Leg curls:
I wrote down the sets and reps but do not have the paper in front of me. All the sets and reps I listed in this post are from memory. There are probably more sets and reps in there, but these are what I remember.
So yeah, steer away from a leg challenge. :D

Al, just a reference on what I did in *highschool* on the leg press. I had the machine full of plates, I believe ours held 18 plates. + I had two 250lbs guys stand on it, and I was *STILL* doing it :) I don't have legs, I have tree trunks.

Blah blah blah. Oh really, Al Bundy? How about the 4 touchdowns you threw back in the day. :D Rep out my kind of weight then come talk to me about leg strength. In the mean time, take your number and get in line. Sundays are free days at my gym and any guest can train with me for free. Pick a week, set a time, and bring your lunch...and a person to carry you out to your car and drive you home. :cool:

Legs are prolly the only thing I could with you on. I max out every leg machine the gym has to offer.

My leg routine when I had access to a legpress was full rack, 15 reps every time, and as many sets it took until failure. :) And my football days were cut short because me and two ladies at school got mono... I had both the girlies convinced that I didn't give it to the other one ;) SOooooo after that all I did was spend time in the gym. The only weights have access too now are dead cars that need pushed and my small set of free weights at home.

AL, do a percentage of body weight by a means of comparison. A 150 pound guy incline benching with 120 pound dumbells is alot different than a 230 pound guy doing the same. I hate those little guys that can lift more than me. Fuckin rats. :)

I would be willing to try this with somebody my size. I am only 175lbs, so using the same weight with a guy your size wouldn't happen. None of my friends work out so I have no clue where I am at. The only person the does anything with me is my girlfriend. We run 2 miles 3 times a week. She completes it with me, although I am way ahead because of my long legs.......I am 6' and she is 5'1".
