I picked up the dumbbells yesterday :D

Checkout the equipment at www.ironmaster.com (http://www.ironmaster.com)
The only place I have found to carry them locally is TGM Fitness in Warren and St Clair Shores

Four boxes total; one stand, one set of handles, and two sets of square plates

I had some help assembling the stand :D

This is the pull up bar from www.doorgym.net (http://www.doorgym.net) - does not require drillng or mounting anything to your walls

You would think so, but after a few weeks of use, the doorway is perfect :D

Time will tell I guess.

I think the door trim would give long before this bar would

Honestly, it's a nice piece. There is another bar that is available as an attachment, I may buy that as well to have alternative methods to workout. We'll see...

I looked specifically for one that does not require drilling etc, this is one of the only models I was able to find.

Same here I'd rather it break when I'm trying to break it rather than when im deep into a workout lifting myself and i fall on my ass.
