the previous owner installed that. It's supposely a brake duct vent from a fiat. It's used a ram air intake. The air goes into the vent then through the fender and into the opening in the stock airbox. :D

Lidio has done some minor work on my car, and Ive bought parts from him, but hes never done any engine work on the car. Ive owned it since 96, it was a repo out of Detroit, younger guy(mid 20's) owned it. Im pretty sure I know the guy youre talking about, used to drive to the track and swap tires, make some runs(high 11's), swap back, and drive home. Our two cars are almost Identical, different years.

all the interior is brand new even the panels and the carpet was put in brand new when the cage was installed, it now houses a art carr auto trans with reverse manual valve body and a 3400 stall with a ratchet shifter

I ran a 14.3 on stock tires prior to putting an extra 20 hp and 30 FT LBS of Torque down, so mid to high 13's isn't too bad of a chance if I put DR on it for sure.


Wheels are next springs project.

It's not a "rice rocket". Modified Mini Cooper S, BMW designed, built in England, 1.6 liter, intercooled/supercharged/water-alcohol injection, 16psi, 2600lbs, 240hp (300+ w/nitrous):cool: Estimated 1/4? Low 13's have been achieved with this setup but her strength is on a road circuit...track weapon. We'll find out next year at Gingerman/Mid-Ohio.

Don't worry...I'm not a sissy:P I've had my share of F350 Powerstrokers, Fox platform Mustangs, C-4/5 Vetts, Triumphs, etc.

BTW...I'm here looking for affordable N2O. Any tips beside Ramchargers? Thanks:)

Thanks, Ive had it about 3 years now, it was pretty much bone stock when i got it, the body work was done, but it had a 406 small block, stock interior, flat hood, and a set of old cragar rims..ive been workin on it ever since, put a big block in it and shit, just got it done..well not done, but street worthy about 4 months ago, drove it for about 2 and blew the tranny, still have to get a good transmission built, rear end (idealy a 9 inch), and some interior work (cage)... stuffs hard to do when your only 17 years old and trying to finish school.

Here I'll try to knock down the ford ratio and rasie the Mopar one at the same time. Hey 2 Bucks. Think thats more then the Mopars. I've had the Aspen(1978Dodge) since 1989 best et with old combo was 11.03@125 on motor. The GN (1986)I bought Aug. of 2004. Best to date is 12.40@111. Stepping it up this year even more. Goal is 10's. The Aspen will be hopefully finding a new home this year. To many toys and no time. Have a bike too. 2000 ZX6-R
