Thanks. My 2nd favorite color combo for convertible Stangs. Favorite is Red with White/White, but it wasn't available. It's a beiotch to keep clean though. Especially the seats and top.

We (at least I :) ) were only kidding. Although I own a Stang, I'm a Mopar Muscle guy all the way. I used to own an 72 340 4 spd Duster, but I sold it because I needed the money.

If I didn't own a Mopar, Ford or Hi Po Merc, I'd love to own a GS Stage1 Buick, 442 W-30 Olds or Ram Air Poncho. Chevelles and Camaros are a dime a dozen. Well not really but, Buicks,Old's and Poncho's don't get anywhere near the respect they deserve.

well i dont know how to put pics on here so heres a link http://s95.photobucket.com/albums/l127/lon01_2006/ .about the car.its a 88 GT that just turned 70,000 miles and its bone stock all the way to the 4 cats.the car is mint,never been hit or painted,never seen snow or rain.the paint is mint other than the 2 spots by the fog lights.the car came from the south so theres not a spot of rust.my brother inlaw give a 70 year old man $7,000 for the car.he took it home(flat bed) and put it away and didnt drive it once.i was at his house one day and he ask me to pull a few motors and ask me how much i wanted to do it,i was joking and said let me have one of the mustangs and he shocked the shit out of me when he said i can have this one.now,i have the car and title from the first owner(he never changed the title over or put his name on it).................parts.i have a trick flow track heat (ported)upper and lower with a professional products power egr spacer and throttel bodie,fully ported edelbrock heads with 202 valves and motorsport rockers,b-303 cam,lifters,24 lb injectors,nice motorsport valve covers,high vol oil pump,msd 6al,msd blaster tfi coil,msd distributor,autometer-tach-watter temp-air/fuel-volts-fuel press-oil press,welds with front runners,bolt in sub-frames,bbk shorties with 2 1/2 x pipe and 2 1/2 flowmasters with dumps and every gasket i need and everything i need for mass air(harness,ecu and maf).im sure theres more,i just cant remember everything.when it gets warm out,everything gos on and then all ill need to do is have the seats cleaned.

Its a 3.8L v6....3800 series 2. it was n/a so its higher compression than the 3.8 s/c found on GTP's. Mine has a custom intercooled turbo kit, and a few extras.

No right now im in WA. An it fuggin sucks here hardly anyone has stang that the parts i have got for my car have all came from MI . So i said whats the point in getting them sent here when i'm moving back home soon! So i have not found what i am looking for. So i will be home in the beginning of june so i will have to start looking then .
y think you can help ??

The olds i have had for almost 3yrs now. The camaro i have had since i was 18. The conti i have had for lil over 2 1/2 yrs. An the lx i got a 1 1/2 yrs ago. I have a few other cars but the down south, I just pick up a 87 t-top gt m5 car from my bud in Ky privat deal( roller) i have a 75 t/a in SC an im looking to pick up a 70 1/2- 73 camaro and a 68-72 nova and i have had about 32 cars since i was 13 the first was a 77 t/a with a 70 455sd i got the car in parts took me 2 yrs (till i was 15 or so to get it all together an running but i had help ) i had a 97 Z28 till my X flipped it! i have had 11 camaro 6 trans ams and on my 5th stang the roller makes 6. as well as a few other cars! But as you can tell i love rides mostly fast ones, and i would rather be around guys that like the same things and help me do what i don't know how to do rather then take it to a shop!

lol....this one is not fast, but it will keep up with traffic. I just ended up with a red one, got it cheap. Would have picked it up regardless of the color, I just wanted an LS1 car.

Right now it runs a 12.7, its AWD so it launches quite well :D I have everything except the computer to install bigger injectors and 2 much larger turbos and it should be in the mid 10's on race gas low 11's on pump. It eats my buddies 98 Firebird up well :D

Dual electric fans
2 1/4" exhaust front to rear
Magnaflow mufflers
Gutted cats
K&N drop in.
Turbo Coupe swaybar
New front control arm bushings
New poly bushings in the rear.
15.575 @ 90.00mph before the 3:55 gears and electric fans
GT40 heads and shorty headers are going on in a week or so.

Welcome to the site.

Just a tip in case you weren't aware: if the GT-40 heads are stock chamber size, you can pick up a bunch more by getting them milled down a bit. Stock chambers on those are like 64cc if they're the motorsport ones and like 62CC if they're the cobra ones. You can mill them down quite a bit and get the compression up, and it only costs like $55.

Back in the day I did mine like that, but I had mine milled all the way to 55cc and had the intake cut to match. It made great power, but if you're going to do that you need to run 93 octane. That put me at around 10.1:1 with the stock shortblock I think.
